Mindfulness Sessions: Spend time outside, walk and talk.

Event Description: Location: The Green Room, The Edge Hub (TBC)

Come and join residence life staff in a series of mindfulness technique sessions. Each session is designed to make you more self aware and take notice of your mind, body and surroundings. Our sessions help you to become more self-aware, feel calmer and less stressed, feel more able to choose how to respond to your thoughts and feelings, cope with difficult or unhelpful thoughts and also to be kinder to yourself and others.

Outdoor environments can have a positive impact on mental health and physical well-being. Being in a green environment, no matter how small, reduces levels of stress, depression, anxiety, and exhaustion and boosts confidence. Come and join Residence Life staff for a mindful walk to boost overall well-being.
